Are you in charge of finding unique vendors to support your next big shindig? Look no further! Doc’s Coffee is now booking private events. This is perfect for businesses, patrons, or organizations that want us all to themselves for a special day, espresso-ly with the holidays quickly approaching!
When you book us for a private event you are guaranteed that we travel to your venue of choice and be closed to the general public for that block of time. Whether you plan to run a tab and cover the cost of drinks yourself, or just have us available and on site operating like a cash bar- we are eager to help! Some great examples include but are not limited to: staff appreciation days, wedding and other ceremony receptions, seminars, conventions, concerts, and festivals.
Private bookings require a mandatory booking fee, and a non-refundable deposit to get scheduled. Keep in mind that you can always request to have us out at your event, business, or fundraiser location for FREE with the understanding that it is only a request and we must be able to serve the general public.
The booking fee is $250 and covers our time on consultation, planning, travel to and from venue (up to 30 miles), appropriate number of staff, the option to offer a custom menu built just for you, marketing through our socials (if desired), and allows us to eliminate a minimum order rule. This does NOT cover the cost of drinks, however it unlocks special pricing on your favorite menu items!
